Nisplay stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our tennis ball machine within 30 days, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer hassle-free cancellation at no charge, granted the product has not yet embarked on its journey to you or entered the production stage. Should your cancellation be successful, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement. However, please note that if your order has already taken flight, we are unable to intercept and cancel it.

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that you need to part ways with your Nisplay, we offer a return policy that is as seamless as our service. Should you decide to return your machine within 30 days of purchase, we will accept it provided it retains its "like-new" aura. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. Do bear in mind that you will shoulder the cost of the return shipment, and any damages requiring repair will be mended at an additional charge to you.

Please take note that accessories, custom-ordered or personalized items, as well as gift cards, are exceptions to our return policy.

If your machine arrived in a less-than-perfect condition or has ceased to function, rest assured, the burden of the shipping fee will not fall on your shoulders.

REFUND POLICY 

Upon the arrival and inspection of your returned Nisplay, we will promptly notify you via email of the receipt and the outcome of your refund application. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically cascade back into your original mode of payment within a designated period.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund seems to be caught in a time warp, we suggest that you first re-examine your bank account. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as there might be a latency before your refund makes its grand appearance. Your next stop should be your bank, given there might be a buffer period before the refund is posted. If you've traced these steps and your refund is still elusive, we're here to help.
