Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders received after 14 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For tennis ball machine orders (whether or not they include accessories) to the following six states in Australia—Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, and Victoria—we offer free shipping. Delivery time is 3-10 days.

For orders to the Northern Territory, Western Australia, and other countries, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Typically,orders to the UK, France, and Germany take 7-15 days. 

Please note that if you purchase accessories separately, a shipping fee of AUD 75 will be charged at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with the tracking information after the order has been processed.You can use this tracking number to track your package online.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In-Store Pickup
You also have the option to choose in-store pickup. We will have your products prepared for you within 24 hours and will send you a pickup email. Upon receiving the email, you can proceed to the store for pickup at the following address:
